Payment and Shipping method
*Payment method:
We only accept payment transfer via POSB/DBS/UOB IBanking or ATM Transfer. We will send you a confirmation email regarding the item(s) you have ordered and the dispatch of order(s). Thus, DO NOT make any payment transfer before receiving the confirmation email. Payment is to be made strictly within 24 hours after the confirmation email is sent out by TheQueensWay.
If payment is not made within 24 hours, the order(s) will be taken as void. Therefore, please ensure that you are confirmed on purchasing the item(s) so that we can proceed on with a smooth transaction. Kindly note that once you confirmed and check out your order(s), you will not be able to make any changes to your order. Therefore, please ensure that every detail is correct before sending in your order form. Thank You.
Prices are not inclusive of Registered Postage Mail. However, if you opt for Registered Postage Mail, you have to pay $2.00 on top of your purchase(s) unless otherwise stated.

Order(s) will be sent out via Singapore POST 1 day after payment are made. It should reach you within 2 to 3 days time.
