Q1: Can I request for self collection?
We apologize that we do not have self collection/meet up service.

Q2: What are the charges for International Order(s)?
Depending on the weight and number of item(s) in the order. We will follow the rates that Air Parcel Singapore Post had stated. Click HERE to get more information of the rates.

Q3: What happens after I send in my order via the order form?
Right after sending in your order form, you'll receive a confirmation email from us within 24hours. Hence, do lookout for our email. Due to settings, our mail may be misplaced in your junk mail boxes so please check it as well.

Q4:Why have I not receive my confirmation/invoice mail after 1 day?
Please check your junk/spam mailboxes to see if our email has been misplaced in the folder. If you still do not see our email, kindly re-send your order and keep a lookout for our email within the next 24 hours.
